Technical Consultant (SQL) - Public Sector

Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant (SQL) to join our growing team in Croatia. In this role, youwillcombineyourtechnicalexpertisewithaconsultativemindset,workingcloselywithdevelopers,businessanalystsandclientstodeliverrobustHRtechnologysolutions.

This role will work with our public sector customers and will require 5 days per week onsite at our clients in Zagreb.

You will play akeyroleindesigning,implementingandoptimisingSQL-basedsolutions,supportingsystemintegrationsandhelpingcustomersmaximisethevalueoftheHRnetplatform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,developandmaintaintechnicalsolutionswithintheHRnetapplication

• CreateandoptimiseSQLprocedures,scriptsanddatabasesolutionsusingMicrosoftSQLServer

• Supportsystemintegrationsanddatamigrationprojectsfornewandexistingclients

• Collaboratewithdevelopers,consultantsandbusinessanalyststodeliverhigh-qualitysolutions

• Investigate,troubleshootandresolvetechnicalissuesduringimplementationandsupportphases

• Communicatewithclientstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatebusinessneedsintotechnicalsolutions
