are seeking a Software Engineer with foundational experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) to support the configuration and implementation of access governance and identity lifecycle management solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOnboarding and access governance for in-scope and new applications in Saviynt EIC.\nConfiguring access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning using Saviynt OOTB capabilities and approved delimited integrations.\nSupport manager, application owner, and regulatory access certifications with remediation tracking.\nAssist in role mining and role rationalisation activities to support least-privilege access.\nSupport SoD analysis, audit evidence preparation, and reporting activities.\nSupport implementation of HR-driven JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes using Workday as the future-state system of record.\nConfiguring birthright access based on Workday attributes (e. g., worker type, location).\nAssist with PeopleSoft to Workday HR source transition activities, including testing, cutover support, and validation.\n\nRequirements: \nUnderstanding of Saviynt EIC modules (Identity Repository, Access Requests, Certifications, Roles).\nUnderstanding of application onboarding concepts, including account/entitlement mapping and imports.\nUnderstanding with Saviynt jobs/tasks (aggregation, provisioning, certification) and monitoring basics.\nExposure to file-based/delimited integrations and data mapping/validation.\nGood understanding of Saviynt workflows, approvals, and notifications.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for validation, reporting, or troubleshooting.\nBasic troubleshooting skills for provisioning errors, data sync issues, and reconciliation mismatches.\nUnderstanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, least privilege, and SoD.\n\nGood to Have: \n1-4 years of experience in software development, IAM/IGA, or identity-related implementations.\nExposure to Saviynt EIC (training/project experience/implementation support) preferred.\nUnderstanding of access governance, provisioning, certifications, and identity lifecycle (JML) concepts.\nExperience or exposure to Workday and/or PeopleSoft integrations is a plus.\nStrong learning attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills in a project delivery environment.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nPreferred
