Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.\nResponsibilities:\nTeam Leadership & Establishment: Build, mentor, and manage the offshore QA team, encouraging continuous learning with a strong emphasis on modern test automation tools and frameworks.\nCross-Border Collaboration: Align with IL Leadership: Work directly under the guidance of the Israeli QA Manager to ensure absolute alignment on testing strategies, release schedules, and the scaling of our global automation infrastructure.\nUphold Global Quality Standards: Ensure the offshore team seamlessly adopts and executes according to established Neema’s quality assurance both automation and manual technical standards.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge, coordinating daily efforts between your QA team and the development teams to streamline communication and resolve blockers.\nMultitask & Promote Success: Dynamically manage multiple testing priorities simultaneously, balancing manual and automated efforts while serving as a champion for your team's achievements and growth.\nRequirements:\n\nRelevant certification in software testing or quality assurance (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar) - must have. \n2-3 years of experience as a quality assurance team lead - must have.\nMinimum 2-3 years of direct QA experience within Fintech / Banking - must have.\nFamiliarity with financial security audits, data privacy standards (e.g., PCI), and risk mitigation in test environments - must have.\nA Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field - required.\nExperience with API testing and mobile app testing (iOS and Android) - must have.\nDatabase strong knowledge mySQL & MongoDB - must have.\nProgramming language knowledge, such as TypeScript, to build and run automated test scripts - must have.\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. (i.e Playwright, Appium) - required.\nExperience with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA) - required.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodology and tools (Scrum, Kanban) - required.\nStrong communication skills for documenting test results and interacting with cross-functional teams - required.\nExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability - required.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - required.\nA curious mindset with a willingness to quickly learn new technologies and testing tools such as AI Claude, for example - required.\nStay updated on the latest software testing tools, trends, and best practices - required.\nAbout the company:\nA global fintech platform specializing in cross-border payments and digital banking infrastructure.
