We are recruiting for the following position:\nSea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization\nThe Medical Assistant Supervisor is a clinical leadership role responsible for supervising and supporting medical assistants and related care team staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, clinical quality measures, staff performance, and customer service standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise, train, and evaluate medical assistants and clinical support staff\nEnsure clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards are met\nSupport patient flow and provider productivity (18-21 patients per provider/day)\nManage staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, phone messages, and patient grievances\nAssist with clinical care, procedures, injections, and patient assessments as needed\nMonitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and support quality improvement efforts\nPromote excellent customer service using the AIDET model\nQualifications:\nActive MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State\nMinimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required\nBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nBLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)\nFast-paced outpatient setting.
