We are recruiting for the following position:\nSea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization\nThe Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members\nEnsure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards\nSupport provider productivity (18-21 patients per provider per day)\nOversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination\nMonitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts\nManage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model\nQualifications:\nActive RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience)\nAmbulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred\nBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred\nStrong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills\nBLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)\nFast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
