We are recruiting for the following position:\nSea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization\nPhlebotomy Technician (MA-P) - Lab Services\nSea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling\nConduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation\nProcess specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs\nMaintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA\nCommunicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff\nQualifications\n Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification required\nHigh School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)\nStrong customer service and phlebotomy skills\nBilingual English/Spanish preferred\nMust pass pre-hire competency test\nSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.\nStarting Wage: $21.30 per hour\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (Can be edited based on need)\nHourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:\nSea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
