If you enjoy being in the spotlight, keeping the energy high, and making every interaction count, this is your chance to bring the cruise experience to life.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nHost and engage with guests in both English and Dutch\nLead and host entertainment and recreational activities, including game shows, trivia, bingo, line dancing, sports tournaments, themed parties & more - both on and off microphone.\nEngage with guests to promote participation, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and gather feedback to enhance the activities program.\nSupport the development and organization of daily event schedules, working with the Assistant Cruise Director to ensure smooth execution.\nManage resources, including equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly maintained and available when needed.\nMaintain compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental policies.\nMake concise, engaging public announcements as needed to inform and excite guests.\nWork collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall onboard experience.\nMaintain a professional appearance in line with company dress standards.\nAdapt quickly to schedule changes, last-minute adjustments, and unexpected challenges while keeping a positive guest experience at the forefront.\nAssist in other entertainment and safety areas as directed by leadership.\n\nExperience\nRequired Experience:\nThree years of experience in a related guest service focused field.\nOne year of experience in an entertainment specific field.\nExperience hosting live events, activities, or stage shows -
