Oversight through 8D/LL Steering council.\n\nProviding oversight of Seagate's global ISO certification program through the PExA Council\n\nManaging enterprise Warranty Rates reporting and analytics\n\nReporting and analyzing RQC (Customer Satisfaction) metrics\n\nGoverning Management System Documentation through the Documentation Council\n\nManaging the Global Quality Portal and Corporate Quality websites\n\nDriving digital transformation and AI adoption across quality processes tools\n\nAbout the role - you will:\nCollect, cleanse, transform, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets\n\nSupport the development, validation, and monitoring of AI-driven predictive models for warranty return rates by integrating product reliability, field performance, telemetry, and historical warranty insights, with customer-specific refinement where needed.\n\nPerform exploratory and trend analysis on warranty, reliability, field-performance, and customer data to identify key drivers, patterns, and emerging quality risks.\n\nSupport the design and implementation of an enterprise Change Management tracking platform\n\nDevelop AI agents and workflow automation solutions for audit planning, execution, and reporting\n\nDesign and build enterprise dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions\n\nDevelop modern web applications using Angular, React, and other JavaScript frameworks\n\nApply AI and machine learning techniques to improve decision-making and process efficiency\n\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365, QMS applications, and data repositories\n\nAbout you:\nPassionate about data science, AI, and technology-driven problem solving\n\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills\n\nEager to learn new technologies and business processes\n\nEffective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills\n\nAble to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment\n\nYour experience includes:\nStrong foundation in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Scienceor related fields\n\nExperience working on projects involving large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured)\n\nExperience with data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data quality validation.\n\nProficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and/or CSS.\n\nFamiliarity with Linux environments, command-line tools, shell scripting, and basic system/file management.\n\nKnowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, data transformation, data integration, and data management techniques.\n\nExperience developing dashboards, data visualizations, KPI monitoring, and analytical reporting solutions.\n\nExposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation techniques.\n\nExposure to time-series analysis, forecasting, or reliability/warranty analytics is an advantage.\n\nLocation:\nKorat, Thailand\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
