You will work closely with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and customer-facing teams to analyze product performance, solve technical challenges, and develop innovative digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on experience in quality engineering, manufacturing operations, customer support, data analytics, AI technologies, and process automation within a global technology company.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nQuality Analytics and Engineering\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze engineering, manufacturing, and field quality data from multiple sources.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve data visibility and support business decision-making.\nIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in product performance, manufacturing quality, and customer quality metrics.\nSupport root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.\nAI, Automation and Digital Transformation\nDevelop AI and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity and business efficiency.\nExplore Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Python, and other digital technologies to streamline engineering workflows.\nAssist in deploying, validating, and documenting digital solutions for engineering and quality teams.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and simplify recurring reporting and analysis activities.\nCustomer Quality and Technical Engagement\nSupport customer quality monitoring and product performance analysis.\nParticipate in technical discussions related to product quality, field performance, and customer issues.\nAssist in preparing customer quality reports, presentations, and business reviews.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support issue investigations and corrective implementation.\nAbout you:\nPassionate about engineering, product quality, and continuous improvement, with a strong desire to solve real-world business challenges.\nPossess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.\nCurious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.\nDemonstrate a growth mindset and are willing to take initiative, learn from challenges, and continuously improve.\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with team members across multiple functions and locations.\nThrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.\nExhibit strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in delivering high-quality work.\nAdapt quickly to changing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nHave a passion for digital innovation and enjoy exploring AI, automation, and data analytics to improve business efficiency.\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.\nPassion for data analytics, quality engineering, process improvement, and emerging technologies.\nProgramming experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages for data analysis and automation.\nFamiliarity with data visualization and reporting tools, including libraries such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, or similar technologies.\nBasic understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, or related AI technologies.\nExperience working with databases, data modeling, data extraction, and analytical techniques.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, JMP, Tableau, Minitab and other productivity tools.\nLocation:\nLocated in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub delivering technical services, customer testing, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
