We foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and integrity, providing opportunities to develop technical expertise while contributing to impactful, high-volume manufacturing.\nAbout the role - you will:\nPlan, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment problems.\nLead equipment breakdown investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring failures.\nMonitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.\nIdentify and implement equipment improvements to enhance reliability, productivity, quality, and safety.\nStrengthen EHS compliance and audit readiness\nProvide technical EHS support to Engineering and Operations team\nEnsure equipment complies with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport new equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up.\nManage equipment spare parts and ensure availability of critical components.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment maintenance and technical support.\nProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians\nAbout you:\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.\nSelf-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nSolid technical foundation in EHS and equipment engineering.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nYour experience includes:\nAt least 2 to 4 years of relevant working expertise in Equipment maintenance engineering \nHands-on working background in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in precision machining (ID/OD), grinding, plating, or similar processes like HDD substrate manufacturing.\nCapability of process troubleshooting, optimization, or equipment engineering.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze data and implement improvements in yield, quality, or efficiency.\nWorking with cross-functional teams to deliver operational results.\nLocation:\nLocated in Johor Bahru’s technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor.
