You pay close attention to data quality and can communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou are also willing to learn, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to manage multiple assigned tasks in a global, cross-functional environment.\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to follow defined metric definitions, reporting standards, and documented processes.\n\nAbility to identify data inconsistencies and communicate them clearly.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple assigned tasks and changing priorities.\n\nInterest in AI agents, workflow automation, business analytics, and operational reporting.\n\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business or a related field.\nExperience working with datasets, dashboards, reports, or data visualization.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and visualization platform would be preferred.\nExposure to Power Query, SQL, Python, or another data preparation and analysis tool would be preferred.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or comparable workflow and agent platforms would be preferred.\nBasic understanding of business processes, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or AI enablement.\nExperience supporting training, documentation, or stakeholder communications.\n\nLocation:\nThe Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center.
