We partner with customers and global engineering teams to validate, optimize, and support Seagate storage solutions in China Cloud and Enterprise environments.\nOur work spans system performance, reliability, vibration, acoustics, power, compatibility, and In-System Performance (ISP) optimization. By utilizing system integration, automation, and data analytics, we help drive customer success and enable next-generation storage technologies deployment in China key customers.\nAbout the role - you will:\nConduct and support HDD In-System-Performance (ISP), HDD Performance, Vibration, Acoustic, and Power consumption related qualification and benchmarking activities for enterprise HDD products.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for processing and analyzing large volumes of performance and qualification data.\nParticipate in customer qualification programs, technical collaborations, and issue investigations. Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and solution validation.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot servers, storage systems. Support test bed deployment and hardware integration activities.\nCollaborate with global Cross-function team to support customer success.\nAbout you:\nBachelor or above degree, Automatic Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering or equivalent science and engineering majors.\nStrong analytical & logical thinking skills and Hands-on mindset with problem-solving abilities.\nPassion for technology and willingness to learn new skills, self-motivated and capable of working independently.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills, willing to share.\nAble to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.\nYour experience includes:\nBasic understanding of PC, workstation, server hardware architecture, storage devices such as HDDs and SSDs.\nExperience working with Linux systems or similar command-line environments.\nFamiliar with at least one coding language, Python, Shell, C/C++, Java to support scripting, automation task and statistics / performance analysis.\nHands-on experience assembling, configuring, or troubleshooting computer systems is preferred.\nExperience with storage performance testing tools such as FIO, IOMeter, or similar tools is preferred.\nArtificial Intelligence (AI) related projects or experience is highly preferred.\nLocation:\nLocated in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub delivering technical services, customer testing, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
