Our team partners closely with HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused HR services while driving continuous improvement through technology and innovation.\nAbout the role - you will:\nSupport employee onboarding and orientation activities, including document collection and new hire administration. \nAssist with employee records management and personnel file administration. \nPerform HR data validation and support HR system transactions. \nSupport employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding activities. \nPrepare HR documents, reports, trackers, and operational metrics. \nAssist with compliance and audit-related documentation activities. \nSupport HR knowledge management and process documentation updates. \nParticipate in HR digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects. \nCollaborate with regional HR Shared Services teams across Asia on operational initiatives. \nProvide administrative support for various HR programs and projects. \nAbout you:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. \nGood communication and interpersonal skills. \nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. \nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. \nPositive attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow. \nTeam player with strong customer service mindset. \nInterest in HR operations, digital transformation, AI, and process improvement. \nYour experience includes:\nExperience with data analysis, reporting, or administrative work is a plus. \nParticipation in campus projects, student organizations, or internships is advantageous. \nFamiliarity with HR systems, AI tools, or automation technologies is beneficial but not required. \nLocation:\nLocated in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub delivering technical services, customer testing, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
