This internship offers a practical opportunity to support day-to-day OH operations, health program coordination, documentation, data management, and communication activities within a professional manufacturing environment.\nAbout the role - you will:\nAs a Occupational Health Intern\nSupport wellness campaigns, health talks, challenges, roadshows, and engagement activities.\nAssist with project planning, registrations, attendance tracking, and event coordination.\nDevelop employee communications including emails, posters, FAQs, reminders, and campaign materials.\nCreate and maintain Microsoft Forms for registrations, surveys, and feedback collection.\nCollect, organize, and analyze non-medical participation and engagement data\nSupport SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and approved workflow improvements.\nCoordinate with stakeholders, vendors, speakers, and wellness champions on logistics and follow-up actions.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements.\nAbout you:\nWe're looking for someone who is:\nPassionate about employee well-being and creating positive workplace experiences.\nOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support.\nA clear communicator who can tailor messages for different audiences.\nComfortable collaborating with employees, stakeholders, and partners.\nCurious, analytical, and attentive to detail.Creative and interested in improving communications, events, and digital experiences.\nRespectful of confidentiality and professional in handling sensitive information.\nAble to commit to a full-time internship\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Forms.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint, Teams, is an advantage.\nBasic skills in data organization, reporting, chart creation, and quality checks.\nExperience from academic projects, student activities, volunteer work, events, surveys, or communications projects.\nLocation:\nLocated in Johor's Bahru's technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor.
