Your work will be crucial in detecting abnormalities, resolving complex issues, and driving long-term improvements.\nYour responsibilities will fall into the improvement on 2 focus areas:\nQuality Monitoring and Problem Solving\n\nDeep-dive E2E analysis to identify and address systemic issues or process abnormalities\n\nContinuous Improvement and Innovation\n\nSupport data-driven quality improvement projects using Industrial 4.0, Prescriptive Analytics, and digital tools\n\nDevelop and deploy dashboards and automated tools for real-time quality tracking\n\nYour Job Scope will cover these 4 topics:\nSupport development of agentic AI prototypes for Global Quality, especially around anomaly detection, prediction model creation and process-control dashboards.\n\nDesign interactive visualizations (dashboards, mock-ups, SharePoint UI, or lightweight web apps) to present anomalies, CTQ/KPIV trends, and model insights in an intuitive and storytelling format.\n\nWork closely with engineering SMEs to translate statistical/anomaly outputs into human-readable narratives, supporting adoption and decision-making.\n\nExplore automation of reporting/visual insights into SharePoint/Power BI or similar platforms for real-time accessibility.\n\nWhat Will You Learn and Embark on at the Start?\nYou will begin by familiarizing yourself with Seagate’s quality datasets and AI/ML initiatives. Initial tasks include creating visualization prototypes, developing SharePoint dashboards, and supporting agentic workflow experiments.\nWhat You Would Ultimately Be Able to Be Proficient In?\nYou will gain proficiency in agentic AI design, dashboard development, data storytelling, and enterprise reporting platforms.
