We partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Process Owners, and global IT teams to sustain and enhance the Process Automation Resource Information System (PARIS) Suite.\nThe PARIS Suite supports equipment state tracking, preventive maintenance, checklists, work orders, spare parts, calibration, consumables, equipment assets, laboratory requests, metrology data, and operational reporting. Our group is also advancing application modernization, automation, analytics, and generative AI capabilities to improve manufacturing productivity, system maintainability, and user experience.\nAbout the role - you will:\nProvide day-to-day functional and technical support for assigned PARIS Suite applications used by RMO operations.\nInvestigate application incidents, analyze logs and data, coordinate root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution with the relevant support and development teams.\nGather, clarify, and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation dependencies.\nCoordinate enhancement requests, defect remediation, configuration changes, and releases across users, Process Owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and support partners.\nPlan and execute system, regression, and user acceptance testing, maintain test evidence, and track defects through closure.\nSupport production deployments, cutover validation, post-deployment monitoring, and operational handover in accordance with IT governance and change-management requirements.\nMaintain PARIS Suite configurations and master data in partnership with authorized Process Owners and application administrators.\nPrepare and maintain business requirements documents, system procedures, knowledge-transfer guides, troubleshooting references, user guides, and release communications.\nAnalyze recurring incidents and operational pain points, and recommend corrective actions, preventive controls, automation opportunities, or process improvements.\nSupport the modernization of legacy PARIS applications, including improvements to user experience, security, maintainability, integration, and alignment with approved enterprise technology standards.\nContribute to analytics, automation, intelligent workflow, and generative AI initiatives that improve manufacturing decision support and reduce manual effort.\nCollaborate with global RMO sites and IT teams to promote common solutions, consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and timely escalation.\nParticipate in planned after-hours support, maintenance, deployment, or incident-response activities when required to support manufacturing operations.\nAbout you:\nDemonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage complex issues and multiple priorities.\nShow a customer-focused mindset with ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different functions, sites, and organizational levels.\nWork independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and global teams.\nHave a practical understanding of artificial intelligence and generative AI concepts and can identify suitable manufacturing and operational use cases.\nUse AI-assisted tools responsibly for requirements analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, knowledge retrieval, and workflow improvement while complying with applicable data security and governance requirements.\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, together with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience providing functional or technical support for business-critical applications.\nExperience supporting requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, deployment, documentation, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities.\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders, Process Owners, application teams, infrastructure teams, and support partners.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, equipment, maintenance, calibration, quality, or operational applications is preferred.\nExposure
