We drive environmental, health, safety, and compliance initiatives that support Seagate’s commitment to operational excellence, responsible business practices, and sustainability goals.\nWorking closely with site leadership, operations, engineering, and regulatory authorities, our team ensures compliance with legal requirements while fostering a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement\nAbout the role - you will:\nAs an EHS professional supporting the Woodlands W3 site, you will play a key role in driving workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability programs.\nLead and manage site EHS programs, including regulatory compliance, audits, incident management, operational risk assessments, and KPI reporting.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills, spill response exercises, and Fire Safety Management responsibilities.\nDrive environmental compliance initiatives, including greenhouse gas reporting, carbon management, waste reduction programs, and mandatory regulatory reporting.\nImplement and sustain corporate EHS programs covering chemical management, contractor safety, PPE, ergonomics, hazardous waste management, equipment safety, and fire life safety.\nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to integrate EHS requirements into business operations, new processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead site EHS training, awareness programs, and compliance activities to strengthen EHS culture and employee engagement.\nSupport internal, corporate, regulatory, and ISO audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and ongoing compliance.\nProvide additional EHS support and special projects as assigned by the EHS Manager.\nAbout you:\nPassionate about promoting environment, health, safety, and sustainability\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence positive EHS results.\nEffective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.\nAble to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced working environment.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\nCommitted to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor's degree in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRegistered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and certified SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM).\nCertified Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Manager and/or SCEM Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).\nExperience managing EHS programs, audits, compliance activities, emergency preparedness, and environmental reporting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nWorking knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and environmental sustainability initiatives.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nLocation:\nOur Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
