You will work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, data, and business strategy, partnering closely with strategy and corporate development professionals to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications that automate research, synthesize competitive and market intelligence, and support strategic analysis and communication.\nBuild and maintain AI agents that connect with approved internal and external data sources, automate analytical workflows, and improve the speed and quality of decision support.\nDevelop and maintain reliable data pipelines for structured and unstructured information used by strategy tools and AI applications.\nApply technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), large language models, and agentic frameworks to relevant business use cases.\nCreate prototypes, evaluate technical feasibility, and iterate solutions based on stakeholder feedback, business value, usability, and scalability.\nMonitor application performance and output quality; troubleshoot issues and maintain appropriate testing, access, approval, and human-review controls.\nPartner with strategy, corporate development, technology, data, security, legal, and other teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and align solutions with enterprise standards.\nTranslate technical concepts, limitations, and recommendations into clear language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDocument solution architecture, data flows, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements to support sustainable adoption and knowledge transfer.\nStay current on developments in applied AI and software engineering, and recommend practical opportunities to strengthen the team’s capabilities.\nAbout you:\nYou are a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex business problems with well-designed technology solutions. \nYou combine strong engineering fundamentals with curiosity about corporate strategy, competitive dynamics, and business decision-making. \nYou can work independently in an evolving environment while building alignment with stakeholders across functions and levels. \nYou apply sound judgment when evaluating AI outputs, data quality, security, privacy, access, and potential failure modes. \nYou communicate standards evolve. \nYour experience includes:\nProficiency in Python and experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. \nExperience with data engineering, APIs, databases, data integration, and structured and unstructured data. \nHands-on experience with large language models and applied AI solutions, including prompt design, evaluation, and production-oriented implementation. \nExperience with one or more AI development approaches or frameworks, such as RAG architectures, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks, MCP, or agent-based applications. \nExperience applying software development practices such as version control, code review, testing, documentation, monitoring, and issue resolution. \nAbility to assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, reliability, and business risk. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment. \nEducation and preferred qualifications\nPhD or Master's with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience.\nDemonstrated Python capability through professional experience, project work, or a portfolio of relevant applications. \nExperience building or deploying AI agents, AI-enabled applications, or automation solutions in a professional or project environment. \nExperience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD practices, or enterprise application deployment is preferred. \nExposure to corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, business analysis, finance, or corporate development
