This is also including providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and deliver engineering solution for new product market launch.\nAbout the role - you will:\nBe responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness in particular of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability.\nFailure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality.\nTake ownership to interact and provide technical guidance across functions in-depth engineering knowledge, consistently work and provide timely solutions, especially, resolved on complex issues.\nAbout you:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physic, Material Science or related field. (Ph.D. New Grad are welcome)\nCapable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team\nAble to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nExcellent teamwork, leadership, organization, people management and presentation skills\nAbility to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update.\nFluent in English communication both spoken and written.\nEnergetic and passionate\nYour experience includes:\nUnderstand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental.\nWell engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology\nPrefer new graduate.\nData Analytics to support Global trends.\nProgramming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C\nFailure Analysis\nLocation:\n Korat, Thailand\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
