The team focuses on solving complex technical challenges, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting high-volume manufacturing to ensure successful product delivery.\nAbout the role - you will:\nLead technical problem-solving and drive resolution of complex manufacturing, test, and product quality issues\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve yield, test performance, reliability, and overall manufacturing efficiency\nControl and drive backend test process flow to be deliverable according to commitment with the best quality possible\nDrive build Configuration management per BOM / ECN or any customer-specific restriction (Head, Media, Firmware, Servo code) per SOP\nAnalyze CERT testing data (HDD test) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Including providing realistic assumptions of Yield and Test time to IE/Production by rolling into the FROST system\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Design, Firmware, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing to achieve business objectives\nDrive process optimization initiatives and establish robust engineering solutions to support high-volume manufacturing\nSupport new product introduction and technology transitions by ensuring manufacturing readiness and successful product ramp volume\nAbout you:\nAbility to interpret engineering data and make data-driven decisions\nExperienced in Drive Test process flow/algorithm\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, test engineering, and product quality systems\nExpertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Why, FMEA)\nProficiency in statistical data analysis and process control techniques\nExperience with yield improvement, reliability analysis, and process optimization\nGood command of English and Thai\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering and/or related technical field (Preferred Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical)\nExperience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineer, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related discipline\nProven experience in solving complex technical and manufacturing challenges using data-driven methodologies\nExperienced in cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Development teams will be an advantage\nDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nStrong technical leadership with a track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global organization.\nExperienced in data analytics and visualization tools such as JMP, Minitab, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, FMEA, and other problem-solving methodologies\nExperience in Electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable\nLocation:\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide.
