We help make sure the right parts are available at the right time. We also support BOM (Bill of Materials) and part setup, which helps with finance and costing setup. This role may involve cross-functional collaboration and occasional support for special projects.\nAbout the role - you will:\nWork with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, and other related teams to support inventory and supply chain activities.\nManage inventory levels to help meet company targets.\nLead physical inventory (PI) checks and ensure accuracy.\nOrganize and monitor cycle count activities.\nCheck BOM (Bill of Materials) and inventory transactions for correctness.\nAudit goods receipt records by comparing them with purchase orders or invoices. Monitor and report any rejected items, reversal actions, or voided transactions.\nRecord and track items that are shipped out.\nCollaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals.\nReview stock levels and support material distribution to inventory storage or production lines.\nCreate reports and analyze data related to material movement.\nSupport ad-hoc requests such as reports, queries, or file preparation.\nUse inventory systems to track and validate reversal or void transactions.\nUse inventory management systems (SAP) to track and update stock data.\nCoordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies in goods receipt.\nIdentify and help resolve inventory discrepancies or process issues.\nAbout you:\nYou have strong communication skills and enjoy working with different teams.\nYou have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nYou are detail-oriented and can spot issues in inventory records or transactions.\nYou’re good at solving problems and open to learning new tools or processes.\nYou have experience using inventory systems like SAP or Oracle.\nYou can manage your time well and handle multiple tasks effectively.\nYou are self-driven and able to work independently.\nYou take ownership of your work and follow through on responsibilities.\nYou understand how inventory affects costing and financial results.\nYou’re comfortable working with data and creating reports for analysis.\nYou can adapt to changes and respond to urgent requests when needed.\nYou show leadership when coordinating activities or guiding others.\nYour experience includes:\nDriving inventory accuracy improvements through proactive analysis and corrective actions.\nApplying problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and streamline inventory processes.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience using them for inventory tracking and reporting.\nWorking in fast-paced manufacturing environments, preferably electronics or similar industries.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance material flow and reduce stock variances.\nSupporting process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and reduce waste.\nUnderstanding of supply chain fundamentals and their impact on production efficiency.\nFamiliarity with the electronics manufacturing industry.\nFocusing on customer expectations and driving actions to meet them.\nUsing inventory systems to monitor transactions and ensure data accuracy.\nLeveraging data analysis tools (Excel or similar) to identify trends and support decision-making.\nDemonstrated ability to understand existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contribute to drafting, suggesting, and developing new process flows and SOPs to enhance operational control and efficiency.\nAnalyzing inventory data and generating reports to support decision-making.\nSupporting or mentoring junior staff in inventory-related tasks.\nLocation:\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
