Talent acquisition:\nSupport the talent acquisition team in recruitment processes.\n\nAssist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.\n\nParticipate in the onboarding process for new hires as needed.\n\n2. Employee relationship processes:\nCollaborate with HR colleagues to support employee relations initiatives.\n\nAssist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.\n\nHelp in addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR processes.\n\n3. Immigration Pass Application:\nAssist in the preparation and submission of immigration pass application of immigration pass applications for foreign employees.\n\nEnsure all required document is accurate and complete.\n\nFollow up on application status and communication updates to relevant parties.\n\n4. Work Permit Application, Renewal, and Cancellation:\nSupport the HRBP & Site Support team in applying for new work permits and renewing existing ones.\n\nMonitor work permit expiration dates and initiate timely renewals.\n\nAssist with the cancellation process for terminated or departing employees.\n\n5. Compliance and Documentation:\nMaintain up-to-date records of immigration passes and work permits.\n\nEnsure compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.\n\nAssist in organizing and archiving immigration-related documents.\n\n6. Communication and Coordination:\nAct as a liaison between the company, government authorities, and external service providers.\n\nCommunicate with foreign employees regarding their immigration and work permit matters.\n\nCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure seamless support for employees.\n\n7.Research and Updates:\nStay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.\n\nConduct research to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent acquisition, employee relation, and immigration processes.\n\nAbout you:\nStrong organization skills and attention to detail\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\n\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nYou might also have:\nIntermediate High level of fluency in English (listening/writing/reading/speaking)\n\nLocation:\nLocation: Teparuk, Thailand\nHome to over 4,000 employees, our Teparuk site specializes in producing nano-recording heads-a crucial component for the read/write functionality of hard disk drives.
