You will gain practical experience in requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and collaboration with technical and business teams.\nWith guidance from the team, you will:\nAnalyze selected IT operations or business processes to identify opportunities for improvement\nGather and document requirements, workflows, and relevant data sources\nContribute to the design of AI-enabled solutions and automation workflows\nDevelop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using approved tools and platforms\nAssist with basic integrations using APIs, databases, and enterprise systems\nTest and troubleshoot solutions, including evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and usefulness\nPrepare documentation and demonstrations, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements\nMeasure results against agreed project objectives and document findings and lessons learned\nAbout you:\nCurious, analytical, and interested in solving real business problems\nEager to learn and apply AI, automation, and data analytics\nComfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nResponsible and proactive, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and seek guidance when needed\nAble to communicate clearly and document your work effectively\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline\nBasic programming or scripting knowledge gained through coursework, academic projects, or personal projects\nA basic understanding of software development, data analysis, business processes, or IT operations\nLocation:\nOur Penang office is located in Suntech at Cybercity, easily accessible via public transportation.
