About the role - you will:
- Work closely with data scientist mentors to formulate business and engineering challenges as well-defined AI problems, developing anomaly detection (AD) and root cause analysis (RCA) solutions for complex manufacturing processes and capacity planning controls
- Apply advanced data science techniques-including time series foundation models for machine sensor AD problems, causal AI for RCA problems, and AI-driven optimization and reasoning of actionable parameters-to accurately model manufacturing behavior and enable data driven, resilient operational decision making
- Design and implement scalable data and AI systems for large-scale manufacturing datasets, leveraging Python, advanced AI/ML modeling, and enterprise analytics platforms to deliver reliable, production-ready insights in real operating environments
About you:
- To assist in designing and developing machine learning dashboards, tailored for equipment development as in image & video AI analytics and Large Language Model Chatbot.
- Perform fine tuning and optimization for performance scalability, and reliability within the equipment development domain.
Your experience includes:

- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to effectively work independently.

Location:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
