We have work as a big team to prepare the material, manpower, process standard, and run the machine & equipment to produce the output by control the quantity, quality, and cost per target.\nAbout the role - you will:\nPlanning and review all resource to support the manufacturing build plan (material, manpower, process standard, and machine/equipment).\nImprove the work process in the responsible area by focus on waste reduction and line balancing.\nImplement the technical and system to improve the work area and your responsible jobs.\nSummary the report of responsible job and update to management team\nAbout you:\nGood interpersonal, teamwork, communication, presentation skills and leadership\nGood summary and presentation skill.\nOrganization, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nCapability to work both hands-on and analytically to solve problems.\nFast learning capability\nGood summary and presentation skill.\nYour experience includes:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or other Engineering majors\nGood knowledge of general IT principles related to configuration changes, testing cycles and deployment strategies\nWorking proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,ETC.)\nCapable to learn the advance analytic tools and computer programing.\nStudy in Industrial Engineering or related field\nLocation:\nKorat, Thailand\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
