We work closely with factory operations, engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to develop, deploy, and enhance equipment capabilities that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.\nOur team manages the full lifecycle of equipment development projects, from concept and deployment to post-implementation support, ensuring successful project execution and long-term value delivery.\nAbout the role - you will:\nAs a Project Manager within EDE, you will lead the successful delivery of equipment development and deployment projects while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.\nLead end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery of project objectives.\nCollaborate with factory teams, end users, and stakeholders to define requirements, project milestones, and success criteria.\nManage project budgets, resources, timelines, and cost performance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.\nIdentify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues through structured problem-solving and decision-making.\nProvide clear project updates, status reports, and executive presentations to stakeholders and management teams.\nSupport ongoing equipment enhancement requests and post-deployment improvements to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.\nDrive collaboration across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to achieve committed project goals.\nEnsure adherence to project management processes, documentation standards, and EDE project lifecycle requirements.\nAbout you:\nStrong project leader with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.\nEffective communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nAnalytical and solutions-oriented, with strong decision-making and risk management capabilities.\nOrganized and detail-oriented, while maintaining focus on overall project objectives.\nAdaptable and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.\nResults-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\n5+ years of project management experience, including delivery of large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a technical or engineering environment.\nExperience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.\nStrong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, TPM, TDR, and Microsoft Office.\nProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.\nLocation:\nOur Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
