development from concept, requirements, and architecture through detailed design, build, validation, installation, commissioning, and production handoff.\nDefine system and subsystem requirements, acceptance criteria, interfaces, design margins, and technical risk controls.\nDevelop and review machine layouts, precision mechanisms, structures, motion systems, tooling, guarding, and service-access concepts.\nPerform or direct advanced calculations, simulations, tolerance analyses, experiments, and design verification activities.\nLead formal design reviews, risk assessments, technical trade studies, and configuration-change decisions.\nCoordinate mechanical activities across electrical, controls, software, process, manufacturing, quality, safety, and supplier teams.\nLead complex root-cause investigations involving interacting mechanical, electrical, control, process, or manufacturing factors.\nOwn technical planning, resource estimates, risks, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects or workstreams.\nDevelop equipment documentation, including specifications, test plans, reports, drawings, manuals, preventive-maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides.\nDrive equipment reliability, yield, throughput, serviceability, standardization, and cost improvement programs.\nEvaluate supplier capability, review technical proposals, and guide qualification of critical components or assemblies.\nMentor P1 and P2 engineers, provide technical feedback, and promote disciplined engineering methods and knowledge sharing.\nAbout you:\nDemonstrated success leading machine-level or complex system development from concept through deployment.\nStrong capability in design analysis, validation planning, root-cause analysis, and technical risk management.\nAbility to lead cross-functional technical discussions and communicate decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel as required to support business operations and project needs.\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional engineering environment.\nTypically
