Our team works closely with Head Design teams, Drive Centers, Program Management, and Manufacturing sites to understand product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and solve complex engineering problems through systematic data analysis.\nAbout the role - you will:\nBuild expertise in slider processes and reader/writer product performance\nUse data and statistical analysis to identify performance gaps, key drivers, and root causes\nPartner with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and drive improvement projects\nDevelop monitoring, visualization, and automation solutions for faster, data-driven decisions\nDrive new ideas that improve product performance, yield, quality, and engineering productivity\nAbout you:\nCurious, proactive, and eager to learn\nStrong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills\nAble to work independently and collaborate across teams\nTake ownership of assigned problems and projects\nCommunicate engineering insights clearly in Thai and English\nYour experience includes:\nEngineering or related technical education and/or equivalent practical experience\nExperience solving engineering problems using data and statistical analysis\nExperience with data analytics tools such as JMP, KNIME, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent\nKnowledge of HDD/slider technology, statistics, process control, or yield analysis is preferred\nPython, R, AI/ML, or related experience is an advantage\nLocation:\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
