This internship provides hands-on experience in engineering experiments, data collection, analysis, and technical reporting.\nAbout the role - you will:\nDevelop and enhance software solutions to integrate equipment, hardware, and test systems.\nDesign and implement software tools or platforms to support equipment testing and development.\n3D CAD modeling and 2D CAD drafting through computer aid design programs, such as Solidworks.\nSupport Seagate’s document control process.\nParticipate in development projects in compliance with Seagate’s SOP39 Standard.\nAbout you:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Automation Enfineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.\nProficiency in programming languages such as C#\nFamiliar with machine vision systems.\nBasic understanding of hardware-software integration and test system development.\nKnowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuits, and pneumatic systems.\nFamiliar with engineering design software such as SolidWorks.\nBasic knowledge of PLC programing.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication in English.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nYour experience includes:\nGain hand-on experience in equipment development and engineering.\nReceive practical training and guidance from experienced engineering professionals.\nParticipate in company and CAG activities and events.\nDevelop professional software engineering skills based on industry practices.\nGain exposure to machine design for manufacturing applications.\nBuild knowledge of Seagate’s SOP39 Safety Standard.\nLearn about the hard disk manufacturing process\nStrengthen systematic thinking and engineering problem-solving skills.\nLocation:\nOur Teparuk site specializes in producing nano-recording heads-a crucial component for the read/write functionality of hard disk drives.
