The team ensures manufacturing processes operate within established specifications, procedures, and control requirements while supporting ongoing process and manufacturing improvements.\nYou will work in a collaborative engineering environment where data, process control, and cross-functional teamwork are key to maintaining product quality and production stability.\nAbout the role - you will:\nThis Singapore-based individual contributor role supports Process Engineers in day-to-day process control, engineering evaluations, and continuous improvement activities.\nConduct experiments and support engineering evaluations to drive process and manufacturing improvements.\nMonitor critical process variables and production performance, making appropriate adjustments to maintain process stability and product quality.\nAnalyze engineering evaluation results and coordinate timely follow-up and corrective actions where required.\nCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure adherence to process specifications, procedures, and documentation requirements.\nCoordinate the control and disposition of quarantined lots, and manage non-routine monitoring and sampling requirements for production parts.\nCompile, analyze, and present engineering data to support process decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbout you:\nSelf-motivated and resourceful with a positive approach to your work.\nCollaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.\nComfortable working with engineering data and following defined process requirements.\nAble to work effectively across Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams.\nAble to work the normal shift of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.\nYour experience includes:\nDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tabulation, and basic analysis.\nExperience in the electronics manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.\nKnowledge of sputtering processes or equipment would be an added advantage.\nProficiency in English for effective workplace communication; additional language skills may be advantageous when working with diverse stakeholders.\nLocation:\nOur Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
