Our collaborative team manages the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, production support, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement.\nAbout the role - you will:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Staff Analyst, Cority / EHS Enterprise Applications to support and enhance enterprise applications that enable Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Health (OH), Chemical Management, and Waste Management processes across a global organization. In this role, you will partner closely with EHS, Occupational Health, Sustainability, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and user experience. You will be responsible for the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, support, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on techno-functional analyst who enjoys working directly with business users while also providing technical application support and solution delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day support and administration for the Cority platform and related EHS applications.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.\nConfigure, test, implement, and support new functionality, enhancements, and process improvements.\nSupport key EHS functional areas, including:Incident and Case Management\nRisk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)\nInspections, Audits, and Corrective Actions\nOccupational Health and Medical Surveillance\nChemical and SDS Management\nWaste Management and Compliance Reporting\nReporting and Analytics\n\nParticipate in end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.\nTroubleshoot application and data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.\nSupport system integrations and data interfaces between Cority and other enterprise applications.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, test plans, and support procedures.\nApply best practices for application security, user access management, and data governance.\nCollaborate with global business and IT teams to deliver sustainable technology solutions.\nAbout you:\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on application analyst who can bridge business and technology needs. You are comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, while also having the technical capability to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive supporting enterprise business applications.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into application solutions.\nStrong understanding of application configuration, testing, deployment, and production support processes.\nExperience troubleshooting application, data, or integration issues.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nKnowledge of enterprise application integrations and data flows.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in a global environment.\nHands-on experience with Cority implementation, configuration, administration, or support.\nExperience supporting EHS, Occupational Health, Chemical Management, or Waste Management applications.\nKnowledge of EHS business processes and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience with application integrations, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Power BI.\nExperience supporting application upgrades, enhancements, and vendor-managed solutions.\nExperience working in a global manufacturing
