Reliability is a subgroup of OQ&A to protect HDD quality & reliability through 1) Comprehensive & effective test system within Reliability lab, 2) Utilize predictive data analysis approach, 3) Perform accurate field prediction via reliability model.\nAbout the role - you will:\nManage HDD Product Reliability Performance throughout the product life cycle\nCoordinate with the team to ensure the reliability test plan meets the requirements and expectations\nWork with FA for root cause understanding and failures follow up\nApply end-to-end data analytics for root cause finding and validation\nUtilize models to identify reliability risks and develop mitigation strategies\nCommunication performance, status to internal/ external customers and executive management\nResponsible for team reliability training\nEffectively lead, mentor/coach a Reliability team comprising reliability engineers, test engineers, & Lab/test technicians\nEffectively manage multiple Product family reliability growth and demonstration tests simultaneously\nAssess, manage, and mitigate reliability risks through the product life cycle\nCross-functional work with global product development/design teams on setting Reliability goals, Design margins, and product verification/validation test plans\nCollaborate with global partners, test labs, and experts to enable effective reliability strategy implementation\nAbout you:\nA successful candidate must have a body of work that demonstrates the Seagate core values of\nintegrity, inclusion, and innovation\nDisc drive fundamental understanding\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to adjust to constantly changing priorities\nWillingness to work closely with the international teams as well as the local teams\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering, Statistics, and/or relevant experience\nKnowledge of reliability engineering and analysis\nInternal and external customer communication and customer service experience\nExperience managing priorities\nLocation:\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
