design principles, platform strategies, and technical roadmaps for complex automation equipment or critical technology domains.\nLead conceptual development and technical trade studies for high-risk, high-value, or strategically important programs.\nServe as the escalation point for critical mechanical, system-integration, reliability, and equipment-performance issues.\nGuide multidisciplinary teams through requirements, architecture, risk management, design reviews, verification, qualification, and deployment decisions.\nEstablish and govern mechanical engineering standards, reusable modules, design checklists, analysis methods, and technical review practices.\nIdentify, evaluate, and mature emerging technologies that improve capability, precision, throughput, reliability, safety, sustainability, or cost.\nLead cross-project root-cause investigations and eliminate systemic failure modes through platform-level corrective actions.\nInfluence capital, make-buy, supplier, technology, and lifecycle decisions through clear technical and business analysis.\nBuild strong technical networks across functions, sites, suppliers, and external technology partners.\nMentor senior and junior engineers, develop subject-matter experts, and raise the organization’s technical decision quality.\nRepresent mechanical engineering in strategic program reviews and communicate complex issues, options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nCapture and transfer knowledge to enable standardization, replication, and effective deployment across equipment programs or sites.\nAbout you:\nDeep expertise in one or more mechanical engineering domains and broad understanding of system-level equipment integration.\nStrong record of influencing technical decisions across organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.\n Ability to connect engineering decisions to business impact, lifecycle risk, investment priorities, and operational outcomes.\n Willingness to travel as required to support business operations and project needs.\nYour experience includes:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional engineering environment.\nTypically 8-15+ years of relevant experience in advanced mechanical design, precision automation, capital equipment, or manufacturing
