The team also develops technologies to support current and future product requirements, enabling sustainable and improved operations, quality, and productivity in Slider mass manufacturing.\nAbout the role - you will:\nLead and supervise a team of technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on tooling and equipment.\n\nPlan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation.\n\nMonitor equipment performance and initiate improvement actions to enhance reliability and efficiency.\n\nManage spare parts inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for procurement and logistics.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.\n\nProvide technical guidance and training to team members.\n\nAnalyze maintenance data and prepare reports for management.\n\nSupport cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nAbout you:\nStrong leadership and problem-solving skills\n\nAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines\n\nOpen-minded, proactive, and service-oriented\n\nFluent in English\n\nYour experience includes:\n7+ years of experience in equipment/tooling/machine maintenance, preferably in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing.\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical fields.\n\nStrong communication and analytical skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance-related software.\n\nLocation:\nKorat Thailand\nOur Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
