As our Janitorial Technician, you’ll perform routine custodial duties to help keep the interior and exterior of our new facility and its grounds tidy and safe, working behind the scenes with our Environmental & Health and Safety teams! You’ll make an immediate impact on the overall safety of our operations through the following:\nEmptying trash containers, and disposing of trash in compactors/ dumpsters\nPerforming cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements\nOperating the floor scrubber and forklift\nAssisting with daily clean up in all areas and reactive to unplanned spills\nMay assist with very light maintenance tasks, which could include but are not limited to replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture for meetings, painting, or other similar activities\nAssisting with vendor activities such as meeting with vendors to facilitate service\nPerforming weekly, and monthly checks on equipment such as Fire Extinguishers, eyewashes, etc.\nPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned\nDriving vehicles required to perform errands as needed to stores like Ace Hardware or Lowe’s \nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nDo you have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment?
