But here is a taste of the things you’ll spend most of your time and energy on.\nProcess accurate, on-time domestic and international payroll while safeguarding confidential payroll data.\nCalculate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions in partnership with sales leaders.\nMaintain payroll and benefit records so pay, deductions, accruals, employer contributions, and PTO are complete and current.\nExecute employee changes and establish new-hire payroll profiles within required deadlines.\nSubmit domestic 401(k) contributions accurately and on time.\nAnalyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, interpret requirements, and respond to employee and manager questions.\nPrepare payroll reports, schedules, and documentation that support monthly close, audits, and compliance activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes, reporting, and automation.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.\nExperience\n1-3 years of payroll, accounting, or payroll administration experience, ideally in a multi-state and/or international environment.\nExperience processing multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment.\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements and wage-and-hour regulations.\nStrong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nPrograms, Platforms & Technical Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.\nAbility to navigate multiple systems and processes. Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft 365, BambooHR, WFM, Employee Navigator, Principal, SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar platforms is helpful.\nFamiliarity with payroll and tax forms, including Form W-4 and applicable state tax forms.\nPhysical Abilities\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods; frequently use standard office equipment; communicate through video, telephone, and email; and visually review detailed payroll data, reports, and spreadsheets.\nAbility to work effectively in an office environment while maintaining confidentiality, productivity, accountability, and deadlines.\nWHERE YOU'LL WORK\nThis is a full-time, onsite role at Seakeeper's Leesport, Pennsylvania facility.\nWHO YOU'LL WORK WITH\nYou’ll join the Benefits & Compliance team and report to the Director of Benefits & Compliance.
