requests approval for OT as needed; approves time records including paid time off requests\nMonitors plant productivity and efficiency daily to ensure that manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner that meets quality standards, on-time shipment goals and customer requirements \nMonitors time sensitive customers and ensures production completes on time \nUpdates daily reports and tracks trends\nOversees Production Performance Board process for all function areas\nEnsures timely review of all RMAs by the production team including appropriate root cause analysis completion and corrective action implementation with look across\nEnsures 5S initiatives are maintained throughout the production areas\nParticipates in daily production meetings to review customer orders, manpower, plant schedule and open fast response issues \nEscalates all material and manpower issues to effected parties and Plant Manager\nMonitors department bins to ensure good material handling practices\nEnforces safety policies and practices to ensure culture of health and safety; identifies safety hazards and works with management team on corrective actions\nSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience as a manager in a production environment or equivalent combination of education and experience\nProficiency working in a computer supported environment with business systems software and Microsoft office programs\nProven leadership and delegation skills\n5S, Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
