Relocation assistance is not offered.\nAbout the Role\nAs our HR Generalist, you’ll manage the daily functions of the HR department and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, performance management, development, wellness, safety, and compliance\nServe as a site HR partner to administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, leave management, performance management, and employee relations\nParticipate in interviews and assist in hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs\nSupport an engaging and smooth onboarding process that sets employees up for success\nAssist leadership in resolving employee concerns or conflicts and escalate sensitive issues to the HR Manager as appropriate\nMaintain accurate and organized employee records within the HRIS; ensure timely updates and proper electronic documentation\nMonitor employee time and attendance, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with policy\nPrepare and process weekly payroll and compile necessary reporting\nRespond to employee, supervisor, and applicant inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll\nAssist with the design and delivery of training programs that support compliance, skill development, and employee growth\nOversee the performance review process to ensure timely completion and alignment with company policy\nTrack and document compliance with required and optional training\nSupport and promote corporate wellness initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyle choices\nEnforce safety policies, identify potential hazards, and partner with leadership on corrective actions\nMaintain strict confidentiality and develop trusted relationships across the organization\nEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and recommended HR best practices\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field\n 3+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.\nProficiency with HRIS and payroll systems and strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.\nExceptional organizational skills with consistent attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.\nThorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate confidential or sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound
