This role ensures daily production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, cost, delivery, and customer requirements. The Production Supervisor drives accountability through performance management, KPI review, continuous improvement, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination to support operational excellence.\nShift: Monday - Friday: 6:00AM - 2:30PM\nPay: $71 - $87k + Bonus\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable (LMA)\nParticipate in the vetting, selection, and onboarding of production team members\nCoach, develop, and support Production Team Leads to ensure clear expectations, consistent execution, and strong team performance\nMonitor efficiency, productivity, and labor performance to ensure expectations are met or exceeded\nProvide coaching and counseling when performance expectations are not being met\nEnsure appropriate training, cross-training, and hands-on troubleshooting support are provided to production employees\nEnsure the master production schedule is followed and communicate priorities to team leads and production employees\nConduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed\nDrive production performance through KPI boards and daily accountability processes focused on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, and 5S\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen manpower and material yield performance\nMonitor production team time and attendance, address attendance-related issues, request overtime approval as needed, and approve time records and paid time off requests\nMonitor plant productivity and efficiency daily to ensure manufacturing objectives are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner that meets quality standards, on-time shipment goals, and customer requirements\nMonitor time-sensitive customer orders and ensure production is completed on schedule\nUpdate daily reports and track trends\nOversee the Production Performance Board process across functional areas to reinforce visibility, accountability, and timely follow-up\nEnsure timely review of RMAs by the production team, including appropriate root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and look-across activity\nEnsure 5S initiatives are maintained throughout production areas\nParticipate in daily production meetings to review customer orders, manpower, plant schedule, performance priorities, and open fast-response issues\nEscalate material, manpower, equipment, and production issues to appropriate stakeholders and plant leadership\nMonitor department bins and material handling practices to support accurate workflow, inventory control, and operational discipline\nDevelop and execute cross-training plans to build a flexible, multi-skilled workforce across key production resources\nCoordinate with second-shift leadership to ensure production continuity, consistent staffing coverage, and clear shift-to-shift handoff communication\nApply Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools and principles to drive accountability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement within the facility\nEnforce safety policies and practices, proactively identify hazards, and partner with leadership on corrective actions to maintain a strong safety culture\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree preferred and five (5) years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nProficiency with business systems software and Microsoft Office applications\nProven leadership, delegation, coaching, and performance management skills\n5S, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
