This position requires a strong commercial background to negotiate favorable terms, manage vendor performance, and coordinate closely with production teams to ensure zero downtime on the manufacturing floor.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement Operations: Oversee the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, machinery spare parts, and factory consumables.\nVendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.\nCost & Negotiation: Review supplier quotes, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising material quality.\nInventory Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent material shortages or overstocking.\nERP Data Management: Utilize Odoo ERP software to generate purchase orders, track shipment statuses, and maintain accurate procurement logs.\nCompliance & Logistics: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and clear customs smoothly for imported goods.\nRequirements\nRequirements and Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.\nExperience: Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with a solid background in manufacturing or industrial factory environments.\nNationality: Indian or Pakistani nationals currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.\nLocation: Must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and be available for full-time, on-site work.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo ERP software (purchasing and inventory modules) and advanced MS Excel skills.\nLanguage Skills: Professional fluency in
