Our identity and essence is solving problems in a very seamless manner in line with our name; Seamfix is coined from Seamless fixing of problems.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic direction and leadership to the Service Delivery department, in alignment with organizational goals.\nMentor, coach, and develop team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability.\nFacilitate collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among all units within the department.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with other departments across the organization.\nOversee the technical operations of DevOps Engineering, Systems Engineering, SQL Development, DB Administration, and Cloud (AWS) SysOps units.\nEnsure the implementation of best practices, standards, and methodologies across all technical functions.\nStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute to innovation and efficiency within the department.\nCollaborate with other technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.\nDrive the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable services to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the performance of the department and individual units.\nSupport the implementation of service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to service standards and commitments.\nContribute to the proactive identification and resolution of issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may impact service delivery.\nAutomation and Efficiency Initiatives: Support initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across all units.\nPromote the adoption of DevOps principles and practices to accelerate software delivery and infrastructure management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize automation tools, technologies, and frameworks.\nAssist in managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of services.\nContribute to the development and management of departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to financial targets.\nEvaluate and recommend investments in tools, technologies, and resources to support the department's objectives.\nPII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.\nUse tools and strategies to gather personal data.\nImplement security measures that would safeguard personal data.\nStore personal data gathered by the data controller.\nTransfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
