Additional hours might be required in terms of job conditions.\nMajor Responsibilities\nEnsure that all tasks are carried out safely at all times.\n\nOversee the daily operations of the warehouses.\n\nResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of Stores Inventory into NSE system.\n\nResponsible for stock replenishment (from purchase requisition stage to issuing Purchase Order / deliveries).\n\nReceives and inspects all incoming materials, reconciles with purchase orders process, and file documentation with purchase orders documents / tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. To coordinate with relevant supervisors to inspect the parts before posting process, if necessary.\n\nReview project documentation (data sheets, drawings, etc) whenever required to verify spares.\n\nReceives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property.\n\nMaintains the warehouse storage area in a neat and orderly manner.\n\nFollow warehouse procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property with suppliers.\n\nServes as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.\n\nAssures all warehouse equipment are maintained and inspected for safe warehouse operations.\n\nAccountable for Annual Stock Count Activities.\n\nSpare parts codification in the NSE system.\n\nAssists in the procurement process as required.\n\nAct as a member of the Emergency Response Team as directed.\nRequirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)\nBachelor’s degree in engineering\n\nStrong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse safety protocols.\n\nProficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.\n\nFamiliarity with inventory control systems and data analysis tools.\n\nBasic knowledge of supply chain logistics and transportation management.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.\n\nHolds a full clean Kingdom of Bahrain Driving License.\n\nGood English reading, written and verbal communication skills. \nDesirable Qualities\nAbility to work
