business insights and help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.\nThis is a hands-on role with direct exposure to Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other key business functions.\nTasks\nBI & Reporting\nDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.\nMonitor key business KPIs and provide regular performance snapshots to stakeholders.\nTransform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.\nEnsure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand.\nBusiness Analysis\nPerform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for growth.\nCalculate and forecast key business metrics such as run rates, margins, ROI, and other performance indicators.\nTranslate business questions into analytical approaches and concrete recommendations.\nPresent findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support teams in making data-driven decisions.\nExperiments & Decision Support\nDesign, implement, and analyze A/B tests.\nEvaluate statistical significance and help teams interpret experiment results correctly.\nWork closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams to define data requirements and measure the impact of business initiatives.\nData Quality & Infrastructure\nValidate and clean data to minimize discrepancies and maintain high-quality reporting.\nIdentify gaps or inconsistencies in existing data.\nProactively recommend improvements to internal data collection and reporting processes.\nAI & Automation\nUse AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate analysis and surface insights, anomalies, and recommendations.\nExplore opportunities to automate repetitive analytical workflows.\nBuild or configure AI-powered analytical tools, agents, notebooks, or insight-generation workflows where relevant.\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.\nStrong hands-on experience working with SQL-based data warehouses, particularly Google BigQuery.\n Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery/PostgreSQL).\nStrong Python skills, particularly Pandas and NumPy.\nExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.\nExpert-level Google Sheets skills; Apps Script is a plus.\nStrong understanding of business and financial metrics, including ROI and Gross Margin.\nExperience with forecasting and performance analysis.\nGood understanding of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design.\nAbility to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nProactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.\nFluent English.\nAvailability to work within a European time zone.\nBased outside of Russia and Belarus.\nNice to have:\nExperience building or configuring AI-powered analytical tools or agents.\nExperience with custom prompts, AI-driven notebooks, or automated insight-generation workflows.\nExperience designing, training, or fine-tuning AI-based tools for data analysis rather than only using off-the-shelf AI assistants.\nExperience in a startup, marketplace, TravelTech, or other data-driven digital business.\nWhat Success Looks
