Every engineer is expected to use AI tools and AIOps to raise efficiency, cut toil and shorten recovery time.\nrole overview\nAs a Senior Engineer you are the L3 backbone of the ATRE managed-service team. You resolve the complex incidents that L1/L2 cannot, find the root cause, and then automate the fix. You use AI tools and AIOps to work faster than manual operations allow, and you keep customer cloud and AI workloads secure and reliable.\nwhat you'll do\nL3 ownership: Handle escalated Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents, drive them to resolution and own the follow-up.\nRoot cause analysis: Run blameless post-incident reviews and implement long-term fixes that prevent recurrence.\nAI-led efficiency: Apply AI tools and AIOps to triage, correlate alerts, accelerate RCA and automate repeat work.\nAutomation: Build reusable automation and runbooks in Terraform, Python or Bash to remove toil.\nPlatform operations: Operate and secure Kubernetes (GKE) and cloud infrastructure, including patching, upgrades and DR drills.\nObservability: Maintain monitoring, alerting, SLIs and SLOs so issues surface before customers feel them.\nSecurity hygiene: Apply IAM, secrets management, network policy and vulnerability remediation across customer environments.\nKnowledge sharing: Document solutions and help L1/L2 engineers grow.\nwhat you bring\nDelivery experience: Hands-on production experience in SRE, DevOps or cloud operations, including real L3 incident handling.\nTechnical depth: Strong in at least one hyperscaler (GCP preferred), Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.\nObservability: Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK or similar.\nScripting: Python or Bash for systems automation.\nAI-led efficiency: Practical experience using AI tools to improve SRE efficiency (AI-assisted runbooks, incident triage, RCA, automation) and/or AIOps platforms (e.g., BigPanda, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Datadog), with measurable results such as lower MTTR, less toil or reduced alert noise.\nWork mode: Comfortable working from the office.\ngood to have\nCloud certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure AZ-104/AZ-400)\nCKA / CKS\nExposure to AI/LLM workload security\nOn-call and 24x7 managed service experience\nwhy searce\nSolver mindset: We hire solvers, not task-takers.
