If you've been waiting for a PM role that doesn't ask you to leave your technical background at the door, this is it.\n\nWhat you'll own\n\nOwn the roadmap for your pod: define what gets built, kill low-leverage work, and protect your engineers' time and focus\n\nWrite specs that start with the problem, not the solution, and ship every brief with a clear success criterion\n\nParticipate technically: read the codebase, debug independently, and ship small things when it's faster than context-switching an engineer\n\nOwn QA end-to-end: test plans, regression passes, release sign-off, and post-deploy monitoring in Sentry and Grafana\n\nKeep the pod moving: fast decisions, async-first communication, and zero ambiguity about what's next\n\nClose the feedback loop between customers, data, and product direction, and hold yourself accountable to the KPIs you define\n\nYou'll thrive here if...\n\nYou've shipped production code before and you're honest with yourself about your technical depth\n\nYou treat a spec as a hypothesis to pressure-test, not a document to execute against\n\nYou don't wait to be told what to do. Ambiguity doesn't either.\n\nYou're an AI power user, not someone who's \"open to learning it someday.\"\n\nYou communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.\n\nYou have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them.\n\nYou can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\n3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, startup or high-growth environment\n\nA hands-on technical background: production code, a bootcamp, or demonstrable ability to navigate a full-stack codebase\n\nComfortable reading Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; able to write SQL, reason about REST contracts, and follow frontend state\n\nProven QA ownership: test cases, regression cycles, structured bug reports, release sign-off\n\nDaily fluency with Claude Code or equivalent. Not \"open to it.\" Actually using it.\n\nStrong written communication.
