If your best work happens when tickets are fully scoped before they reach you, this will be a tough adjustment.\nWhat you'll own\nShip backend and frontend features end-to-end across Atlas Brain, OTTO, Content Genius, Site Explorer, Rank Tracker, and GBP Galactic\n\nDesign and maintain Django APIs and React/Next.js UIs that hold up under real production load\n\nInstrument your own work, observability, error tracking, performance baselines, before anything hits production\n\nPush back on specs that don't hold up and propose stronger approaches before a line of code is written\n\nDiagnose production incidents end-to-end and own them through to resolution\n\nOperate at high throughput alongside agentic tooling, using Claude Code and parallel Git worktrees as a primary development interface\n\nYou'll thrive here if...\nYou're equally comfortable in the database, the API layer, and the React component tree\n\nYou treat a product spec as a hypothesis to pressure-test, not an instruction to execute\n\nYou don't wait to be told what to do.
