You will work directly with members' technical contacts, and data providers - investigating issues, explaining solutions, and coordinating next steps through resolution.\nThe ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills, technical curiosity, and strong problem-solving abilities. You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand how systems work and enjoy digging into data to become a subject matter expert in the technology and processes you support.\nThis job Is located in our Chicago HQ where we work a hybrid schedule.\nResponsibilities include:\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for members, data providers, and technology partners across the LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio, and Commercial programs - providing responsive, professional support and clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nOwn end-to-end management of property data and technical support issues, from initial identification through troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and member communication.\nManage the technical onboarding of new members, coordinating the setup, testing, validation, and launch of property data feeds with members, MLSs, data providers, and internal technology teams.\nServing as the internal subject-matter expert and first resource for questions about member property feeds, listing display, and syndication.\nDeveloping a comprehensive understanding of the data-feed landscape across the network - feed sources, providers, integrations, known issues, and member-specific configurations.\nReviewing XML, JSON, and other structured data formats to diagnose feed issues.\nMaintaining accurate tracking and reporting of implementations, issues, outages, escalations, and resolution status for internal teams and leadership.\nMaintaining documentation of feeds, technical configurations, and troubleshooting procedures as a reliable internal knowledge base.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving, investigative, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple issues and projects while maintaining attention to detail.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, technologies, and data.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfort working with structured data such as XML or JSON.\nExperience with technical support, implementation, customer success, technical operations, or a similar customer-facing role.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree \nExperience with APIs, data feeds, integrations, SFTP, or databases/SQL.\nExperience with Jira or similar ticketing/project-management tools.\nFamiliarity with authentication or SSO.\nReal estate, MLS, RESO, listing data, or property technology experience.\nSalary and Company Benefits\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $80,000\nThe Company provides a comprehensive benefits program, including paid time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other status protected by applicable law.\nThis job description does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
