If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.\nAbout The Role\nYou see sales process as a system to be engineered, not a list to be worked. You’ll build the enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing that decide who we contact, when, and what we say, and you’ll build it to keep running on its own long after you’ve moved on to the next thing.\nYou’ll be selling into a new category, which means there’s no off-the-shelf playbook to copy. You’ll be writing and building the full stack you need working day to day with our London and Salt Lake sales team AEs and SDRs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild the systems that power our pipeline across outbound, inbound, ABM and sales workflows, using tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier and Clearbit\n\nCreate and look after automated enrichment, lead scoring, routing and multi-channel sequences, shipping three to five campaigns a month that are built to scale\n\nTurn signals from our website and content into outbound triggers, account-based plays and timely follow-ups for the AE team\n\nTake ownership of the entire GTM tech stack, including deliverability, HubSpot automation, data hygiene and attribution, and make the call on what we build ourselves and what we buy\n\nWrite the documentation and playbooks that let anyone on the team understand and repeat what you’ve built\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAt least two years in GTM engineering, RevOps automation or a technical growth role at a B2B SaaS company\n\nSomeone who can take a tangled problem spread across multiple data sources and turn it into something the sales team relies on without second-guessing\n\nReal hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier and n8n, plus enough Python or JavaScript to carry on when no-code hits its limits\n\nAn AI-first mindset: when work piles up, you reach for automation before you reach for a new hire\n\nProof that your automation has lifted conversion rates and taken manual work off SDRs and AEs\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with attribution modelling, tracking implementation and analytics tooling\n\nA history of building or scaling a GTM or RevOps function at a fast-growing startup\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nSalary: Competitive (DOE)\n\nMeaningful early-stage equity pre Series A\n\n25 days' holiday plus bank holidays\n\nEnhanced salary sacrifice pension\n\nWorkplace nursery scheme\n\nMonthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement\n\nFlexibility in hours -
