We'll give you ownership of strategy, execution, community, experimentation, performance and defining how Searchable shows up to the world.\nYou'll work alongside an elite team of Founder and marketeers who strive to be the best. It's long hours, high impact, challenging and building from the ground up in an early stage function with huge growth potential for you.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn and define the social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms\n\nBuild a clear, differentiated voice in a noisy SaaS and AI market\n\nCreate and execute content that actually cuts through, not generic B2B noise\n\nTurn long-form thinking such as SEO, AI search and founder POVs into high-performing social formats\n\nBe hands-on with execution, while always thinking strategically\n\nUnderstand how content travels beyond social into AI-driven discovery, including LLMs and answer engines, and shape content accordingly\n\nContribute to building Searchable’s authority as an entity within AI search, not just its social presence\n\nCommunity & Distribution\nIdentify and embed within key communities across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, niche forums and AI communities\n\nDrive engagement, not just reach\n\nBuild relationships with founders, operators and marketers in the space\n\nTurn social into a distribution and demand engine, not a vanity channel\n\nCollaborate with creators, operators and industry voices to expand reach and credibility\n\nIdentify and partner with relevant influencers and creators within SaaS, marketing and AI to amplify Searchable’s presence\n\nUse external voices as a distribution layer, not just owned channels\n\nEnsure Searchable is present in the conversations that influence both humans and AI systems\n\nThis is SaaS social, and therefore the right person will need to consider that everything they do sits at the intersection of social selling, brand and community-led growth.\nContent & Execution\nCreate platform-native content across channels including video, written and POV-led content\n\nLead on short-form, personality-led and founder-driven video content across LinkedIn and TikTok\n\nRepurpose core ideas into scalable content systems\n\nWork closely with founders and leadership to amplify their voice\n\nCo-create content with founders, creators and industry voices to extend reach and authority\n\nBuild repeatable formats that turn complex ideas into simple, engaging outputs\n\nUse modern content and AI tooling to ideate, produce and iterate quickly\n\nTest, learn and iterate quickly\n\nThis is not about volume. It is about impact and clarity.\nPerformance & Ownership\nDefine success metrics across awareness, engagement and pipeline influence\n\nTrack performance and continuously refine strategy using data and insights\n\nUnderstand how social contributes to pipeline, brand authority and category positioning\n\nWork closely with growth and commercial teams to ensure social contributes to demand generation and revenue outcomes, not just engagement\n\nUnderstand attribution, conversion and how content influences buying journeys in a SaaS environment\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for serious operators, someone who has moved beyond posting content and understands how social drives real business impact, including demand generation, pipeline and brand authority.\n5+ years in social, ideally within B2B, SaaS or digital marketing\n\nProven experience owning social strategy end to end\n\nDeep understanding of LinkedIn and founder-led content\n\nStrong editorial instincts and ability to simplify complex ideas\n\nExperience building or scaling community alongside social\n\nStrong understanding of short-form video, content formats and platform-native execution\n\nComfortable using modern content, analytics and AI tooling to move quickly and iterate\n\nComfortable operating as a standalone function\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nSalary: £90,000 to £100,000 (DoE)\n\nMeaningful early-stage equity pre Series A\n\n25 days' holiday plus bank holidays\n\nEnhanced salary sacrifice pension\n\nWorkplace nursery scheme\n\nMonthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement\n\nFlexibility in hours -
