If you can't evaluate what AI produces, you're not ready for this role.\nWhat You'll Do\nResearch and implement anti-bot evasion techniques.\n\nReverse engineer bot detection systems. Understand how they work, then bypass them.\n\nWork with browser fingerprinting: canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, navigator properties, and more.\n\nDebug TLS and protocol fingerprinting (JA3, JA4, HTTP/2, HTTP/3 over QUIC, header order and casing), and push the QUIC frontier where most detection and most scrapers haven't caught up yet.\n\nOptimize Playwright/Puppeteer configurations for stealth.\n\nAnalyze network traffic to understand detection mechanisms.\n\nBuild internal tools for testing and validating evasion techniques.\n\nStay ahead of the latest developments in bot detection.\n\nDocument findings and share knowledge with the team.\n\nYou define the work. We don't have a task list for this role. You tell us what you'll work on based on what's broken, what's getting detected, and where you see opportunities. You reverse engineer and experiment.\n\nPressure. When a major protection changes and customers are affected, you need to fix it fast.\n\nLonely expertise. Few people understand this domain deeply. You'll often be figuring things out alone.\n\nIf you want clear specifications and predictable work, this isn't for you.\nAbout You\nObsessed with evasion. You've spent your own time trying to bypass protections. You find it fun.\n\nHacker mindset. You enjoy reverse engineering and figuring out how systems work.\n\nDeep technical skills. Browser internals, networking, fingerprinting. Not surface-level knowledge.\n\nPersistent. You don't give up when something doesn't work. You try another approach.\n\nGreat writer. You document your findings clearly so others can learn.\n\nSelf-directed. You don't need someone to assign tasks.
